Shipping is estimated up front, in the cart, before checkout; the total you expect is the total you pay.

Our newsletter sends one dream idea a month (that is the ceiling) and unsubscribing takes one click, in plain sight.

If a set needs to come back, the steps are few and written in plain language: no maze, no fine-print traps.
