Returns & Refunds Policy

We want every box to be the right box. If it isn't, here is exactly how returns work, written the way we'd explain it to a friend.

The short version

  • You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
  • Sets must come back unopened, factory-sealed, in the condition they arrived in.
  • Once the return arrives and checks out, we refund your original payment method in full.
  • If the mistake was ours (wrong set, damaged in transit), the return costs you nothing.
  • No restocking fee, ever.

30 days, counted from delivery

You can ask to return any set within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking. Start the return within the window; the parcel itself can arrive back to us a little after, as long as it ships promptly.

Sealed-box condition

We sell genuine LEGO® sets as new, factory-sealed products, and we can only resell a set as new if its seals are intact. So:

  • The box must be unopened, with all factory seals intact.
  • Please pack the set inside a shipping box, as it arrived, since the LEGO® box itself is part of the product for many builders, and crushed corners hurt.
  • A set returned opened, with broken seals, or with significant box damage that wasn't reported on arrival cannot be refunded as new.

How to start a return

  1. Write to us at hello@brickonia.com with your order number.
  2. We reply within 2 business days with a return address and instructions. Please don't ship anything before we reply: as a dropshipping store, the return address may differ from the parcel's origin.
  3. Ship the set back with tracking.
  4. We confirm receipt, check the seals, and issue your refund.

For a change-of-mind return, return shipping is yours to cover. If the mistake was ours, we cover it.

When the refund lands

We issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and checking the return. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged, wrong, or missing

If your order arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered, or never arrives:

  • Tell us within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date), with photos if it's damage.
  • We make it right at no cost to you: replacement if we can get one, full refund if we can't. You choose.
  • For transit damage, keep the box and packaging until we've sorted it out: the carrier may need photos.

What can't be returned

A set that comes back opened, with broken seals, or with significant unreported box damage cannot be refunded as new. Everything else within the 30-day window is fair game.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy reduces the warranties and remedies you hold under the Civil Code of Québec, Québec's Consumer Protection Act, or your local consumer protection law in Canada, the United States, or the United Kingdom. Where this policy and the law differ, the law wins.
