About this set
The lead dancer of the New Year parade, mid-step and mid-grin, a ribbon of dragon puppet swirling above him. His 170 pieces build a festive figure caught in the middle of the celebration, colour and motion frozen in brick. Set him out and the whole street seems to erupt in drums and firecrackers. One little builder, carrying the luck of the whole new year.
